Classe 1983, Silvia Minutolo si laurea in Architettura al Politecnico di Torino, nel 2008 fonda lo studio Archisbang, con cui attualmente si occupa di architetture per l’accoglienza, la cultura, l’educazione e l’innovazione, connotate da una spiccata tendenza alla contaminazione interfunzionale. Nel luglio 2017 vince il Concorso Torino Fa Scuola e gestisce come capogruppo l’incarico per la Riqualificazione della Scuola Giovanni Pascoli di Torino, inaugurata a settembre 2019 e premiata con la menzione d’onore dal Consiglio Nazionale degli Architetti al Premio Architetto Italiano 2020.

Born in 1983, Silvia Minutolo graduated in Architecture at the Polytechnic of Turin. In 2008 she founded Archisbang, currently dealing with architecture for hospitality, culture, education and innovation, characterized by a strong tendency towards inter-functional contamination. In July 2017 she won the Torino Fa Scuola Competition and managed as project leader the renovation of the Giovanni Pascoli School in Turin, inaugurated in September 2019 and awarded with an honorable mention by the National Council of Architects at the Italian Architect Award 2020.

RebelArchitette, is an Italian not for profit association advocating for equality, respect and justice in architecture.

In 2018 we were flash mobbing in Venice together with VowArchitects thanks to a generous call made by Caroline James and Louise Braverman architects.

When invited by Alessandro Melis to coordinate a section entitled  Decolonising the Built Environment, we decided to share this opportunity with all the Italian female professionals we would love to see in newspapers, books, conferences for their outstanding value.
